This was one ugly beige nightmare of a file cabinet that I paid 17.99 for like a decade ago. I didn't just want to paint it, I felt some cool wrapping paper would definitely pep it up. The problem was the adhesive, most glues are water-based and make the paper buckle immediately resulting in you spending an afternoon scraping paper goo off your file cabinet. It is here I discovered the magic of "Spray-ment"
This is the stuff photographers use to affix photos to foam core for display purposes. Very little water content means no wrinkling. The catch here is once the paper goes down onto the spray-ment it stays down, so measure three and four times if you have to and keep the paper in rolls so you can control the contact a little at a time.

The last thing I did was to make a small frame, attach casters and glue to the bottom of the cabinent with construction adhesive. Now if I decide to make another one I can race em!
